Can I make changes to my website whenever I want?
Yes. You can update your site at any time by logging in to your Control Panel. Changes can be made 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world, and any changes made will take effect immediately.
What features are included in my website?
You have many features included in your website. Please see the Features page for detailed listings of all the tools and features of your website.
How do I edit my website?
Log in to your Control Panel, click on "My Content".
Can I edit the HTML pages in my website?
No. The WebsiteWorks site builder is designed in such a way that you don't have to know HTML programming language to edit your website. However, you can include HTML code snippets like YouTube embed files or Google Analytics code in the "Source" box in the control panel.
How do I get customer support for my website?
Customer support for your website is available online at http://www.breeder.websiteworks.com/help or toll free at 1-877-769-3836. Hours of operation for our customer support team are 9-5 pm 7 days a week. You can also access support through your Control Panel. Click on the link "Contact Us".
Can I sell products / services on my website?
Yes. You can sell online by using the shopping cart feature with the Silver & Gold packages. Accept: Visa, Mastercard. You will need to have a PayPal account in order to do this. You can create one for free by going to PayPal.com
What is a catalog?
A catalog is a tool that allows you to show your products on your website. You can enter a title, description, color and size options as well as pricing. The Ecommerce package allows you to connect the catalog to the shopping cart.
Is my website optimized for all browser types?
Yes. Your website can be edited and viewed in all the most popular browsers, including Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
Can I display my products online, and accept orders over the phone?
Yes. You can use the catalog to display descriptions, images and the prices of your products. You can display up to 50 products in the Bronze package, 500 in the Silver package, and an unlimited number of products in the Gold package.
Can I have a customized website?
Yes. Simply email us or call us toll free at 1-877-769-3836 to let us know you would like a customized website and we can create one for you for $500.
Can I have a custom header?
Yes. We can design your very own header for $149 (includes 1 revision). If you have your own logo or design element with the correct dimensions, we will upload it to your website for free.
If I don't have time to build my site and enter all my information, can you do it for me?
Yes, You can choose the Let Us Build Your Site option with any package.
Can I send out newsletters to my customers?
Yes, simply create a mailing list using your address book and/or collect email addresses from your website then use the broadcast email tool to send out your newsletter.
Can I set up email with my website?
Only subscribers to the Silver or Gold packages have email. The Silver package includes 10 email addresses and the Gold package includes 50 email addresses. Once set-up, these email addresses will contain your website's domain name after the '@' symbol, like amy@mybusiness.com.
If I experience problems while building or viewing my site, where can I go for help?
WebsiteWorks takes customer service seriously. You can contact us at any time by email (info@myevent.com), toll free at: 1- 877-769-3836, or by live online chat. Our hours of live customer support are 9-5pm, 7 days a week.
Do I lose all my text and images when I upgrade?
No. All your data is safely transferred when you upgrade.
Will I have advertising on my website?
No. By default, you will not have any advertising on your website.
Can I control access to certain pages of my website?
Absolutely. You can password protect your entire site or a selection of pages.
How do I increase the amount of visitors to my site?

Do I have to live in the United States to use WebsiteWorks?
No. You can purchase and use your website from anywhere in the world. Payment must be made in U.S. currency.
Is the Control Panel secure?
Yes. The Control Panel has several security features built-in to ensure that only someone who knows your password can make changes to your website. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account information and password. For more details, please see our Terms of Use agreement.

What is the difference between the Bronze package and the Silver package?
The Silver package features a shopping cart with space for up to 500 products built into your website. You also receive email addresses, extra file storage, extra photo storage, extra forms and more. View all the differences between the packages here.
What is the difference between the Silver package and the Gold package?
The Gold package has the same features as the Silver package, but with increased limits on emails, email storage, shopping cart items, the web folder and more. View all the differences between the packages here.

Your website can have an unlimited number of photos. Additionally, you can include photos in albums that are included in your website. The number of photos you can load into your album depends on your package. View details here.
What types of image files can be uploaded?
The following formats can be uploaded to your website:

• .gif • .png Can I update my photos at any time?
Yes. You can add, replace or delete photos from your slideshow or anywhere throughout the website at any time.
How do I include video into my website?
The easiest way to upload video to your website is to post your video on YouTube (www.youtube.com) and then copy and paste the "embed" link onto your website.
I would like to upload a PowerPoint presentation on my website, can I do that?
Yes, you can upload a variety of file formats onto your website. Use the Web Folder icon in your Control Panel. The Bronze package allows up to 200 MB of data for visitors to download. The Silver package (shopping cart enabled site) allows up to 500 MB and the Gold package allows for 1GB of file storage.

Yes. When you purchase your website, WebsiteWorks automatically gives you your own domain name (or url) of your choice. Your custom domain name will look like this: www.YourBusiness.com.
How do I renew my domain?
If you have purchased your domain with Websiteworks.com, you can renew your domain by logging into your control panel and clicking on Order.
What if I have already registered a domain name?
You can easily use your existing domain name with your WebsiteWorks website. To forward your own domain name to your WebsiteWorks Website, notify us that you are forwarding your domain name. If you have any questions please contact us.
Do I need my own website hosting account?
No. Hosting is included in the price of your website.
How will visitors find my website on the Internet?
Your visitors can find your website by searching in search engines or by typing in your domain name, such as www.mywebsite.com.
Where will my website reside?
WebsiteWorks manages the infrastructure and technology that hosts your website. Your website is hosted in a secure and reliable environment that ensures your website is always available for your customers. You benefit from automated up-to-the-minute backups as well as multiple redundancies and backbone connections to the internet. WebsiteWorks is PCi certified, TRUSTe certified , and uses SSL encrypted transmissions.

How do I purchase my website?
If you have already started a Free Trial, to purchase your website simply log in to your Control Panel, and click on "Purchase My Free Trial Website" to pay securely online. You can also call us toll free at (877-769-3836).
When will I be billed?
If you are on a monthly package, you will be billed every month. If you are on an Annual package, you will be billed once per year.
My website has an expired message on it, how do I reactivate my site?
Login to your control panel and click on Order.
What happens if my credit card fails and I miss a payment?
Login to your control panel, click on My Account, and update your credit card information.
How do I update my billing information?
Login to your control panel and click on My Account to update all your billing information.
How do I cancel my website?
In the control panel, click on my account, you will see a link to cancel, and click to cancel and make sure to click to confirm.
How do I upgrade my package?
Login to your Control Panel and click on "Order" and the select your new package from the list of options.
How do I access my account statement?
Login to your Control Panel, click on "My Account" and then click on "Account Statement" and choose your dates. You can download your statement as a PDF document.
How do I change my password?
Login to your Control Panel, click on "My Account" and then update your user password in the Account Information form.
